1. Returns

Subject to the buyer having a right to return the goods pursuant to these terms, all sales are final. However, Arion Shop does recognise that there may be occasions when it is appropriate to accept returns.
Arion Shop will only accept returns if the following conditions are met;

  • You can return any item within 14 days, starting from the date on your receipt or when you received/collected any item brought online or on account.
  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition
  • Faulty goods - if a manufacturing or material fault occurs. Products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.
  • Picking/input error – the products MUST be in a re-sellable condition with no external labels, writing, or damage on the packaging.
  • Damaged in Transit - photographic evidence of how you received the goods will be required.

These products will be inspected by Arion Shop before credit is issued.

Goods not eligible for return are:

  • Items that are for hygiene of the wearer. This list is non exhaustive, earplugs, face masks, underwear.
  • Any items that have been personalised to include embroidery, printing, and alterations in anyway are a non-returnable product unless faulty.
  • Seasonal Products
  • Discontinued Lines
  • Any goods that are not stocked by Arion which have been specially ordered in at the customer’s request.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note: The above returns policy refers to change of mind only and does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. the right to cancel, or the right to return items, which are faulty or not as described or a general right to return most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. customers/businesses on account will be provided with a credit note. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Delivery/Collection

Domestic UK Orders:

All orders will be packed on our site. The parcels will be collected by a courier from our premises.

Deliveries will be processed as efficiently as possible; we endeavour to have all PPE and non-branded orders completed within 5 working days.

Alternative Options:

Click & Collect service from Arion Shop Head office.

Please note: Click & Collect orders will be held at our Shop for 21 Days. During this time, if your order has not been collected, you will be contacted as a reminder. However, if you order has not been collected after the 21 days, the goods will be placed back into stock. As we do not have access to payment details, we will be unable to provide a refund automatically. We will only be able to complete refunds once you contact us.

Free Collection from the relevant School at the end of every term for all school uniform items.

International Orders:

Enquire with us for an individual quote on international shipping options.

4. Print and Embroidery Services

Logo Set Up Fee:

This one off set up fee is to set up the logo onto our system and includes 1 x sample. This logo will be set up initially from all the information provided. Any changes required after the initial set up and sample have been completed, a redesign charge will be incurred.

Re-Design Fee:

Any changes required after the initial set up and sample has been completed, a re-design fee of £15.00 + vat per change will be incurred. This fee includes any changes and 1 x sample.

Any additional samples required will be charged as per your logo price.

Own Garments:

We offer a print / embroidery only service whereby you can purchase the garments separately and then send them to us to be customised. When you use this service, you are sending the garments to us at your own risk. If they are lost in transit, we will not be held responsible. You must track the delivery and handle any issues that arise in delivery. In addition, we recommend tests to ensure that the products are suitable for the printing/embroidery technique that you require. We continually monitor our quality control process, but, if you are supplying the products and there are problems with the garments due to the work carried out, that are not related to the print quality, for example poor quality garments then we will not be held responsible for any of the cost of the garments/products. Express Service Charge:

We offer an Embroidery/Printing Express Service Charge at a cost of £15.00 + vat for orders between 1-50 Garments where orders will be completed within a time frame that is agreeable by both parties.

Should your order require more than 50 garments, please contact us.

Please note, this express charge does not include the set-up time for digitising new logos, the express charge will commence once the logo has been approved following digitisation. Should you wish for an Express Digitisation, please contact us.

5. Sample Clothing/PPE

Sample Clothing/PPE is chargeable. Samples will be credited in full once received in their original condition and packaging.

Samples must be returned within 14 days for the refund to be applicable. Any issues returning samples within the 14 day period must be discussed prior to the end of that period.

6. Quotations/Mock-Ups

When requesting a quotation for the supply of garments including embroidery/printing, a formal quotation with a full breakdown of costs will be issued.

Mock-up designs can be provided on request. This will be a basic design using the images provided by the customer. Should you wish for any changes to be made to the mock-up design, we would require payment of the set-up fee prior to any changes made.

7. Safety and Product Recall

Storage and use of any of the goods supplied - Arion have all the information required on health and safety and Arion shall not be liable to you in any civil proceedings brought by you against Arionshop in respect of a breach of the user instruction or any applicable health and safety legislation or any regulations, orders or directions made pursuant to such health and safety legislation in force from time to time or under any directive, regulation, order or other instrument relating to health and safety where such exclusion is permissible by law.

The information Arion shop provide with the goods will necessarily be of a technical nature and if you are in any doubt about the interpretation of this information you should contact us on shop@arionltd.co.uk.

Arion Shop may at its discretion recall any goods already sold (whether for a refund or credit or for replacement of the goods which shall in each case) and/or issue any written or other notification about the manner of use of any goods already sold by Arion Shop. You agree to give all reasonable assistance to Arion Shop or the manufacturer in resisting any claim which may arise under any recall of product by Arion Shop or the manufacturer of such product.

8. Payment Terms

Unless agreed otherwise by Arion Shop, a customer who is not on credit terms must make payment for the Goods at the time that the order is placed/confirmation received. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

Customers on account will be sent a confirmation email when their items are ready to be collected along with the invoice.

Where credit accounts have been authorised, payment is due 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All unbranded products will be held for 7 days. If not collected after the 7 days a refund/credit note will be issued and items returned to stock.

Personalised products if not collected within 7 days, will be posted and an invoice raised for the postage cost accordingly. Please see section 3 for delivery costs.

9. Termination

Arion Shop may suspend further supply or delivery as we think fit (without prejudice to any other rights or remedies it may have against You) or cancel delivery of the goods or stop any goods in transit or by notice in writing.

Any credit accounts that are overdue Arion Shop have the right to withhold any further orders until out-of-date invoices have been paid. Your credit account maybe suspended if continued late payments.

10. Blue Light and Defence Discount

We accept Blue Light and Defence Discount offering a 10% Discount to the holder of the card only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion and credit account holders.

This discount is valid for Products purchased in store only.

This discount does not apply to embroidery or printing.

The card and card holder must be present for the discount to apply, and you will also need to provide a form of ID.

This offer is valid until 31st January 2029 where this will be reviewed.
