If You Have Simply Changed Your Mind
If you have ordered goods from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel your order, then you are entitled to do so and have any value of the goods refunded, provided that the goods have not been in your possession for more than 7 Working Days after the day on which you received the goods ('Working Day' means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
Please return the items to the address at the bottom of this page, with a copy of your order documentation, and enclose a note that you require a refund.
You will receive a refund via your original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 14 days after the cancellation of your order.
Exchanges (Size / Colour)
If you need to exchange an item, please return it to as (address at the bottom of this page for reference). Enclosing the item, your return address and a note of what you would like to be send back in return. Same value items (just size or colour changes), need no payment, we will action your request on the day it arrives with us and dispatch the required size back to you on the same day by 1st class post.
We can exchange for different value items, which may involve a refund to you or further payment from you. Please add contact details so we can quickly action your request.
We are unable to exchange custom printed items with your specific text printed on it, as these have been made to order.
Goods Are Faulty On Arrival
If you find that your goods are faulty on arrival, then you are entitled to a replacement or a refund.
Please return the items to the address at the bottom of this page, with a copy of your order documentation, and enclose a note that you require a refund or replacement. As soon as we receive the returned items, we will refund or replace. Replacements are sent out the same day to avoid delays.
Goods Not As Ordered
If you receive goods from us that differ from what you have ordered, then we require that you notify us within 7 days to enable us to rectify the problem.
Goods Late Arrival
If you find that your goods are late on arrival and are no longer required, then please do not open the package, but reject the delivery so that it is returned to us for a full refund including shipping costs. Please ensure that you have selected the correct delivery method for the timescale that your order was required to be received within and ensure that you have been available to take receipt of the package on this day. If these have 2 points have been met then we will refund full shipping costs to you.
Goods Or Order Duplicated
In the event that your order or goods have been duplicated by mistake, then please notify us as soon as possible so we can arrange collection.
Custom Printed Goods
In the event that your order contains custom printed or bespoke printed goods , then we are unable to refund these items unless faulty.
If your order contains: facemasks then we are unable to refund these items unless faulty. As we would need to assume that they have come into contact with body fluids.
Please ensure you add a copy of your invoice and / or details of your requirements, exchange / refund / replacement and your return address if we need to send items back to you.
