Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free for orders over £200.00 excluding vat to most of mainland UK.
Do you provide samples?
Samples of most of our products are available.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, BACS, over the phone or apply for credit account by contacting us – Get in touch
How long will my order take?
All stocked items can be shipped next day/48 hours depending on time order is received (11am cut off). For all branded items please allow a minimum of 2 weeks from approval of artwork. Depending on supplier stock levels and peak demand, this may be extended, but will keep informed.
How will I receive my artwork proof?
For all new logo designs, we always produce proofs and will always send over a copy via email, but you are more than happy to pop into the shop to look or we can post at an additional cost. Approval is required before any works commence.

Which formats do you accept for logo artwork?
Logos required in High Quality J-Peg, PDF or Vector PDF. If not sure, please contact us.
